Human resource strategy

The HR process falls under the strategy for the improvement of the individual and collective performance, in keeping with customer service. Our goal is to mobilize and develop the resources of the personnel for a greater effectiveness. We want to imply our collaborators within a professional project allowing to adapt us to the various changes. This project relates to several fields.

Recruitment

The choice of our collaborators is an important and paramount stage for our company. We developed a process of complete recruitment of the management of the candidatures, until the integration of new entering. Our personnel department of also works with local partners of employment. We established reference frames trades which we submit at these organizations. The HR service managed during two last years more than 1500 candidatures and put for provision the at the time of recruitment in TDCI nearly 200 people.

Reception of the new recruits

The HR service is guarantees the quality of the reception at the working station. New entering profit one day of integration devoted to the knowledge of the station and safety. This day is dealt with with the title of the formation and the communication.

Management of the Formation of Integration and the Professionalisation - the GFIP -

The GFIP makes it possible to take into account human resources in the duration and to work out an action plan to mitigate the differences between our needs and our resources :

  • to develop the capacities of adaptation and versatility;
  • to guarantee the qualification of the personnel;
  • to contribute to the evolution of the performances.

The specificity of our trades, in particular in the railway field, leads our company to develop the internal formation. During two last years, our company invested nearly 80 000 hours to the title of integration at the station and the internal formation. The individual evaluations of competences allow the update of the individual objectives and collectives which will contribute to the performance of the personnel on the one hand and on the other hand will take part in the recognition of the qualifications.

Professionalisation

The company profits from a certification delivered by the UIMM (Union of Industries of the Trades of the Metallurgy) within the framework of the programs of professionalisation worked out to promote our trades of railway repair.
