Both ACC Ingénierie et Maintenance divisions have the ISO 9001 V2000 certification issued by AFAQ and yearly renewed since 1996.
Then, we have the product certifications issued by the customers :
- AQFM2 and RQPF regarding RATP since 1998
- AQP regarding RENAULT (vacuum pump, injection pump, security products)
The qualifications and habilitations are also rewarded to our operators for all the specific operations such as :

In order to realize the surface preparations before painting or boiler work expertises, we are in position to do shot blastings or sand blastings on cars or on parts either locally or fully.
To realize these works, we have at our disposal the following production means :
- a shot blasting booth and a painting booth for primary paint coating
- a mobile equipment for shot blasting (corundum or shot)
- a blast cleaning equipment by biodegrable particule projection
- a mobile sand blasting equipment
- 3 mobile sand blasting equipments
In order to realize the different boiler works operations, ACC has two boiler workshops.
The boilermakers are qualified according to FDA 88-111 and/or l’EN 287-1.
For the security weldings, qualifications and welding works practice description are established by our welding inspector.
Actually, in order to reach the customers requests in welding terms, ACC has trained and certified an operator to the Level 2 welding inspector job (according to XP A 88-120), international diploma delivered by the IWS (International Welding Society).
ACC has a welding machines fleet allowing to realize weldings according to the following processes :
- TIG,
- MAG,
- MIG,
- Coated electrode (basic, rutile ...)
- Spot welding
The differents mechanic works (Turning, milling) are done at ACC.

- 1 lathe fitted for armature collector surfacing and inter blades milling
- 1 fleet of drilling machines and miscellaneous tools
The woodwork and assimilated tasks (coating application on panel) are done in our workshop which is fitted with the following tools :

Realizing these overhauls on passenger cars during the General Overhaul, we naturally came to do in a specific way the overhaul of units such as :
- Brake cylinders,
- BFC (Service brakes and parking brakes),
- Wheel guide hubs,
- Positive, negative, mass sliding contacts
- Distributors,
- Brake pannels,
- Engine couplings.
For several years, we realize the different bogie types renovation.

We are fitted with the following equipment :
- 1 taring press for 20 tons springs
- 1 compression bench for bogie assembly
- 1 collar press for the 20 tons linkage
We have 4 COFREND qualified operators able to realize the non destructive tests :
- 2 crack magnetic detection controllers level 1
- 2 penetrant inspection controllers Level 2
To do these tests, we have at our disposal premises fitted with ultraviolet lighting.
- 1 generator with articulated poles, flexible turns and solenoïd
- 1 articulated portable pole
We also have a portable generator with articulated poles to control in natural contrast.
We realize on the bodies different types of paintings such as :
- filmable mat bases
- varnished mat bases
- direct shiny lacquers
These paintings are done on new or old ground.
To do these body paintings, we have :
- 5 painting booth
- 5 preparation tracks
- 1 control track corresponding to the requirements of the railway painting standards
Kind of paints : Polyurethane, PU, Hydrodiluable, Alkyd resin, Glycerophtalic.
In the field of our renovations, we test the integrality of the pneumatic circuits and the braking function.
We have a 3 brake specialists team enabled by SNCF.
Test means : 5 brake test benches which 2 of them are computorized and automatic for measurements and brake test (SIMEF)
We have at our disposal the following equipment :
- 1 test bench moto compressor group
- 1 laser pulley alignment equipment (belt drive)
- 1 laser shaft alignment equipment (coupling drive)
