Lifting jacks
Simultaneous and synchronized lifting of a full set of wagons of High Speed Train -TGV- in less than 10 minutes Total length: 200m Total weight: 386 tons Maximum gap while operating: 2mm between the lower and upper elevators
Lifting a Corail car by means of 4 elevators from the lifting line. Total liberty in selecting the elevators
The use of recent speed regulator equipped with smart cards (network, absolute encoder and positioning) allows :
- driving each elevator simultaneously and individually by respecting the iso-levelling with a maximum 2mm gap while operating on the whole elevators
- getting a gap of 0mm in the achieved position (level end)
- having 2 adjustable speeds (low speed: 300mm/mn – high speed: 800mm/mn)
- avoiding any shock at the lifting point by programming ramp progressive accelerations and decelerations
Control :
Elevators are individually driven when they are not on load.
On load, the driving control is as follows :
- By pairs
- By groups (4, 6, 8 etc)
- All with iso-levelling control
Two iso-levelling default thresholds are programmable:
- Between 2 elevators face-to-face ( 7 mm)
- Between the highest and lowest elevators ( 25 mm)
Lifting level :
N0: Low position lifting line in safe configuration for vehicles movements.
N1 : Lifting height where the vehicle is taken off from the ground by 100 mm (programmable).
N2 : Between levels N1 and N2, rolling components are put down or re-coupled (low speed strained). By pair operating modes or simultaneous modes are authorized (upwards or downwards move in cascade mode with programmable authorized gaps)
N3 or N4: Level to withdraw rolling components under vehicle(s)
Special downwards move :
Possibility to put down a set of wagons despite the industrial programmable automaton breakdown !
